How do I check the authenticity of my Swisse product?
The Swisse team has developed a Swisse Product Authenticity Check app where you can scan a QR code located on your Swisse product label and follow the prompts to check the authenticity of the product.
Who is eligible for Swisse Wellness Perks?
Individuals who are invited by Swisse are eligible to register and become a member of Swisse Wellness Perks.
A corporation invited by Swisse is eligible to become a partner of Swisse Wellness Perks and can promote and offer Swisse Wellness Perks to their employees.
How do I set up my account for Swisse Wellness Perks?
Individuals who have been invited directly by Swisse to join Swisse Wellness Perks will receive a unique URL link via email from Swisse. Individuals who have been invited by their employer, who is a partner of Swisse Wellness Perks, will receive a unique URL link via email from their employer.
To set up your account, click the link and you will be taken to a registration page on swisse.com.au.
Once you have completed the registration process, you can start shopping. Your Swisse Wellness Perks discounts will be applied at the checkout cart.

Whenever you are ready to shop:

How do I choose the best Swisse product(s) for me?
As we are individuals, we have different nutritional requirements in order to function at our best. However, supplementing with a daily multivitamin may be beneficial to bridge daily nutritional requirements.
Do we really need vitamin supplements?
It is essential to make sure you are eating a balanced diet full of nutrients. However, not everyone has a healthy balanced diet due to lifestyle and dietary choices. Supplementation may help to support a healthy diet.
Is it normal for the colour of my urine to turn bright yellow after taking some Swisse formulas?
Yes. This is due to the metabolism of B vitamins and their elimination from the body. What your body requires for that day is utilised, and the remainder is excreted. This also shows that the tablet has disintegrated effectively in the body.
What age group is suitable to consume an adult dose?
It is suitable for individuals 18 years and older to consume an adult dose.
How should I store my vitamins and supplements?
We recommend referring to the label or to specific information on each individual product page on the Swisse Website for further guidance. Further to this, we recommend that you do not store Swisse supplements in direct sunlight or heat.
Can I take Swisse products if I have a medical condition or take medication?
We recommend consulting your primary health care professional before use.
Can I cut vitamin tablets in half if I can't swallow them whole?
We recommend that you consume the Swisse tablets whole. However, if you have difficulties swallowing the tablet in full, you can cut the tablet in half making sure all parts are consumed at the same time.
Where does Swisse source its ingredients?
We are committed to including premium quality ingredients in all Swisse products. To achieve this, we source ingredients from around the globe.
Should I take my vitamins with a meal?
Some dietary supplements are best taken with a meal, while others are best taken on an empty stomach. As such, we recommend referring to the label or to specific information on each individual product page on the Swisse website for further guidance.
Can I take vitamins and dietary supplements after the used by date?
We recommend that our products be consumed within the time period stipulated on the packaging.
What source of gelatin is used in your products?
Swisse softgel capsules use bovine gelatin, which is derived from cows. However, we recommend referring to individual product information for further guidance.
Why are there two types of authentication codes on the packages of your products?
Currently, some of our products have a code that is only able to be scanned by the Swisse App.
We are working to update the existing code with a new form of QR Code, which is able to be scanned by all the QR readers. This will make it more convenient to validate the authenticity of our products.
While we are transitioning to the new QR code, you may see both (old and new) codes in the market.
HOW DO I CHECK IF I HAVE PURCHASED AN AUTHENTIC SWISSE PRODUCT?
We have developed technology that can provide our consumers with assurance that the products they are buying are genuine and made to our high-quality standards.
To check your product is using an authentic Swisse label, simply locate the QR code on the back of the label. The QR code can be scanned by most mobile phone cameras, though we recommend using the in-built QR scanner in WeChat if you have this app installed on your phone.
Simply follow the prompts on screen to confirm the authenticity of your Swisse product label.

What languages does the app support?
The Swisse Product Authenticity Check app can be viewed in English or Simplified Chinese. To change the language setting, click on the globe icon in the top right corner of the screen.
How do I scan a QR code?
The QR code can be scanned by most mobile phone cameras, though we recommend using the in-built QR scanner in WeChat if you have this app installed on your phone.
Simply locate the QR code on the label of your product. Open your camera app on your phone and position in front of the QR code. The Swisse Product Authenticity Check app will automatically load.
Where can I find the authenticity code?
The authenticity code is a 5 digit code that is located in the scratch panel below the QR code on your product label. Simply scratch and reveal the code to input into the Swisse Product Authenticity Check app.
Why do I need to allow the app to access my location?
Location information is another security factor we use in order to check the authenticity of the product. Without this information we cannot complete an authenticity check of your product.

What is Afterpay?
Afterpay is a service that allows you to make purchases now and pay for them in four payments made every 2 weeks without any interest.
How do I use Afterpay?
Simply shop Swisse online at swisse.com.au and add items to your shopping bag and checkout as normal. At the checkout choose Afterpay as your payment method. First-time customers will need to register with Afterpay and provide payment details, as usual, returning customers simply log in to make their purchase. It’s that easy!
Where can I use Afterpay?
Afterpay can only be applied to Swisse purchases made online at swisse.com.au
How does the payment schedule work?
All customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase, with the remaining three payments deducted every two weeks from your chosen payment method. If you choose to make additional payments before your scheduled pay dates, you may do so through your Afterpay account. You can log in to your Afterpay account to view your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date if you choose to do so.
What if I can’t pay an Afterpay instalment?
If funds are not available or you otherwise do not make your payment when it is due, late fees may apply.

When will my items be delivered if I use Afterpay?
Afterpay orders are delivered as per our standard shipping time frame after you complete your order online.
Is there a limit to how much I can spend on a single transaction?

How do I return or exchange an item purchased using Afterpay?

At Swisse, we are transitioning to a new label design for all vitamins and supplements, to assist you in better navigating our range and choosing the right products for you.
The new labels provide you with improved product information that is easier to locate, including an expanded ingredient list and more comprehensive allergen information.

You spoke and we listened! Our new Swisse packaging has been developed with the customer in mind. Unique to Swisse, it provides improved functionality, including an easy-open cap and an airtight seal for freshness. It also contains Swisse embossing on the lid and base, so you can be assured that the product you’re purchasing is genuine Swisse merchandise.
But wait, why is Swisse changing its packaging and labels?
We are refreshing our product labels to provide you with improved, clearer information, so you can be better informed when choosing products for you and your family. This transition is also necessary to ensure our labels comply with updated regulatory requirements for complementary medicines in Australia (known as the TGO92).
We’re changing our packaging design following customer feedback for easier-to-open products and also to ensure confidence with purchasing genuine Swisse merchandise.
When will it happen?
All good things take time! We are in the process of transitioning to new labels and packaging, so you might see both old and new versions of your favourite Swisse products on shelf until mid-2022. Inside, our premium quality formulations remain the same, so you can feel confident purchasing either.

Will Swisse’s formulations also change?
While our products are changing shape on the outside and our labels may look slightly different, our premium quality formulations will remain the same.
Why is Swisse changing its packaging?

Why can I sometimes see different Swisse packaging and labels on shelf?
All good things take time! As we sell through current stock in existing packaging and transition to our new look, you will likely see both current and refreshed versions on shelf until mid-2022. We’re very mindful of minimising waste and using our resources responsibly, so we don’t want to discard our existing stock simply because it’s in the “old” packaging. Inside, our premium quality formulations remain the same, so you can feel confident purchasing either.
Is the new Swisse vitamin packaging BPA free?
All Swisse vitamin packaging is BPA free.
Is the new Swisse vitamin packaging fully recyclable?
Both the cap and vial are fully recyclable.
Why is Swisse’s new packaging made from plastic?
Plastic allows us to maintain the highest quality standards to protect the quality of our products. It is also lightweight, which means the environmental footprint of shipping to you is quite small. We have reduced the amount of raw materials used in each unit in this new packaging, so they are less resource intensive.
What are Swisse’s plans for the future of its packaging?
We know plastic has some environmental downfalls, so we’ve started to introduce recycled materials into our packaging and will continue this focus for new product launches. We’re also exploring new innovative formats of packaging that are more sustainable for the future.
How do subscriptions work?
When you purchase selected products from Swisse.com.au, you can choose to have your order delivered to you on a reoccurring basis. On the product page before adding an item to your cart, you can select your subscription frequency – with the option of every four, six, or eight weeks. When you choose to set up a subscription, you will be charged for each order with no prior notification, and orders will be shipped to you as per our standard shipping terms and this will continue until you cancel your subscription. You can cancel or change your subscription at any time by logging into your account, going to Subscriptions and selecting to cancel or edit the delivery address or your preferred payment method. Once a subscription order has been processed, we cannot make any changes, nor cancel the order.
Do I need to create an account to subscribe?
Yes, you will need to set up a customer account on Swisse.com.au in order to subscribe. If you are not already logged in, you will be prompted to do so at checkout.
Can I use special offers and discount codes?
Subscribe and save 30% with all products available for subscription. However, unless otherwise advertised, additional discounts (including member discounts) and special offers do not apply to subscription orders.
What payment methods can I use?
Subscription purchases must be made with a debit card or credit card. We are not currently able to process subscription orders using AfterPay or Paypal.
