Harry Garside is a Champion Boxer, Olympian, Author, Mental Health Advocate, Swisse Ambassador and to add to the long list, a breathwork instructor! Harry’s mantra of ‘wake up and be better than yesterday’ has led him to incorporate several new training techniques into his program, including ballet.
