    Adult Dosage:

    One tablet 3 times a day during or immediately after a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional.

    • Magnesium citrate 309.4 mg equiv. magnesium 50 mg
    • Piper methysticum (kava) extract 400 mg from dry root & rhizome 3.6 g (min.) (standardised to contain kavalactones 40 mg)
