DIRECTIONS + WARNINGS

Adult Dosage:

Using the enclosed scoop, mix one level scoop (4g) into at least 200 ml of your preferred flavoured beverage. For the best flavour experience, this unflavoured powder is not recommended to be mixed with water alone.
Stir or shake well until fully dissolved and consume immediately. Consume once daily, during or immediately after a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Some settling of the powder may occur after mixing.
