When booking a Swisse Wellness Chat you need to provide your name, email, phone number, age, any allergies/intolerances, any medications and/or supplements you’re taking, any diagnosed medical conditions and your health focus.

Something's come up, can I change my appointment time?

To change the allocated time of your Swisse Wellness Chat, you must first cancel your existing booking and make a new booking in the desired time slot.

Unfortunately, I need to cancel, is that an option?

You will find a link to cancel the allocated time of your Swisse Wellness Chat in your confirmation email. If you cannot locate the email in your inbox, use the Contact Us function to request cancellation.
