DIRECTIONS + WARNINGS

Adult Dosage:

Mix one heaped scoop (5.5 g) with 200 mL of water. Consume once daily, during or immediately after a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Once dissolved, consume immediately. Some settling of the powder may occur after mixing.

Warnings:

The dose of fibre should be increased gradually. Fluid intake should be increased with an increasing dose of fibre.
Do not take powder alone. Mix with food or fluid.
Drink plenty of water.
Prolonged use may cause serious bowel problems.
Do not use when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present or if you develop diarrhoea. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding - seek the advice of a healthcare professional before taking this product.
Not recommended for use by pregnant and lactating women.
Not suitable for children.
Bacillus coagulans may affect the way some medicines work, including immunosuppressants. Consult your health professional before taking with other medicines.
If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional.
Supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
