Adult Dosage:
One tablet daily, during or immediately after a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional. 

Warnings:

• Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
• This medicine contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.

Storage:

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place. Do not use if cap seal is broken.

• Horny Goat Weed (Epimedium grandiflorum extract 39 mg) equiv. dry herb 780 mg
• Black Maca (Lepidium meyenii extract 300 mg) equiv. dry tuber 3 g
• Cistanche (Cistanche deserticola extract 150 mg) equiv. dry stem 1.2 g
