DIRECTIONS + WARNINGS

Adult Dosage:

Take two tablets daily with food, or as directed by a healthcare professional. 

Warnings:

  • In rare cases, Camellia sinensis may harm the liver. Stop use and see a doctor if you have yellowing skin/eyes, or unusual: fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine, or itching.
  • To be taken with food.

Storage:

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place. Do not use if cap seal is broken.

  • Vitamin B1 (Thiamine from thiamine hydrochloride) 750 micrograms
  • Nicotinamide 10 mg
