Child & Teenage Dosage: 

3-12 years: One capsule daily, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Cut capsule tail and squeeze content directly into child's mouth, or add to milk, water or food.

13-18 years: One capsule daily, during or immediately after a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional.

For young children: To be used under adult supervision. Do not swallow whole.
