  • Directions + Warnings

    Adult Dosage:

    Take one orally disintegrating tablet twice daily, after a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Place the tablet on your tongue and let it dissolve. No water required. Do not swallow whole.

    Warnings:

    • Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional
    • Do not use if cap seal is broken.

    Storage:

    Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place.
