  • Sleep Support: Passionflower is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to help relieve nervous tension restlessness, irritability and reduce sleeplessness.
  • Stress Symptom Relief: Lemon balm is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to help calm the mind, relieve nervous tension and symptoms of stress, and reduce sleeplessness.
  • Healthy Muscle Function: Formulated with magnesium to support normal muscle contraction function and help reduce muscle cramps and mild muscle spasms when dietary intake is inadequate.
  • Gastrointestinal Symptoms: Lemon balm is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to help relieve symptoms of indigestion such as digestive discomfort, abdominal bloating and flatulence.

EACH FILM COATED TABLET CONTAINS:

  • HOPS (Humulus lupulus extract 50 mg) equiv. dry fruit 500 mg
  • PASSIONFLOWER (Passiflora incarnata extract 150 mg) equiv. dry flower and leaf 1.5 gp
  • LEMON BALM (Melissa officinalis extract 33.33 mg) equiv. dry leaf 750 mg
  • MAGNESIUM (from magnesium citrate) 52.50 mg
No Added lactose, gluten, yeast, egg and artificial flavours. The product contains soya beans.

ADULT DOSAGE:

Two tablets daily, one hour before bed, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
