Directions + Warnings
Adult Dosage:
One tablet twice daily. Take during or immediately after a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
Teenage Dosage (Mental Function, Energy Production, Support During Stress):
One tablet daily. Take during or immediately after a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
Warnings:
- If symptoms persist consult your healthcare professional.
- Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
- Do not take while on warfarin therapy without medical advice.
- Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible. (Contains vitamin B6).

- Brahmi (Bacopa monnieri extract 93.33 mg) equiv. dry herb (standardised to contain bacosides calculated as bacoside A 46.7 mg) 3.73 g (min.)
