Vitamin K2 activates osteocalcin, a protein in bone cells. Osteocalcin helps bone cells bind calcium to bone.
• Increased calcium absorption: Formulated with bioavailable calcium citrate, vitamin D3 and MenaQ7® vitamin K2, to help support calcium absorption in bones. Vitamin D3 is included to help the absorption of dietary calcium. Vitamin K2 and D3 are better absorbed and retained in the body longer when compared to K1 and D2 (synthetic).

Adult dosage:
