    Adult dosage:

    General Health: One capsule daily.

    Brain Health & Nervous System Support: Two capsules daily.

    Cardiovascular & Eye Health: Two capsules daily.

    Healthy Blood Lipids: Seven capsules daily.

    Inflammation Relief: Nine capsules daily.

    Pregnancy & breastfeeding dosage: Two capsules daily.

    Warnings:

    • Take during or immediately after a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
    • Advise your doctor of any medicine you take during pregnancy, particularly in your first trimester.
    • If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional.
    • Dietary supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
