Directions + Warnings
Adult Dosage:Mix one heaped scoop (5.5 g) with 200 mL of water. Consume once daily, during or immediately after a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Once dissolved, consume immediately. Some settling of the powder may occur after mixing.Warnings:
- The dose of fibre should be increased gradually. Fluid intake should be increased with an increasing dose of fibre.
- Drink plenty of water.
- Prolonged use may cause serious bowel problems.
- Do not use when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present or if you develop diarrhoea. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding - seek the advice of a healthcare professional before taking this product.
- Mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
