Adult Dosage:
Two tablets daily, during or immediately after a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional.

Each film coated tablet contains:
- Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine from pyridoxine hydrochloride) 212.5 micrograms
- Chromium (from chromic choride hexahydrate) 4.38 micorgrams
- Magnesium (from heavy magnesium oxide) 52.5 mg
- Chitosan (Poliglusam derived from aspergillus niger) 50 mg
- Burdock (Arctium lappa extract 100 mg) equiv. dry root 1 g
- Phase 2™ white kidney bean (Phaseolus vulgaris extract 300mg) equiv. dry seed 3 g
