FAQS

  • How do you hydrate skin from within?

Skin hydration begins where it matters most, at the cellular level. Unlike topical creams that sit on the skin’s surface, skin hydration works from the inside-out to support the skin’s structure and elasticity. Swisse Nutra Cellular Skin Hydration contains clinically trialled Ceramosides™ to improve skin hydration after 15 days of use*, along with sodium hyaluronate, a salt form of hyaluronic acid, a hydrophilic molecule that is widely found in connective tissue, where it attracts and retains water, and sodium ascorbate to support collagen formation and skin repair.

  • What is the difference between surface hydration and internal support for skin hydration?

Surface hydration usually refers to moisturising products applied to the skin, while nutritional support for skin hydration works from within to help enhance skin hydration and overall skin health. Certain nutrients can help support skin elasticity and hydration, contributing to healthy-looking skin over time.

Skin hydration begins where it matters most, at the cellular level. Swisse Nutra Cellular Skin Hydration is formulated to help enhance hydration with Ceramosides™ and sodium hyaluronate and sodium ascorbate for skin structural support and repair.
