Nicotinamide (Vitamin B3):

Nicotinamide is readily absorbed and reaches peak concentration around 30 minutes after ingestion.3 Post absorption, and once within body cells, nicotinamide can be recycled through what is known as a "salvage pathway"—a mechanism that helps maintain the availability of certain compounds used in energy production and cellular repair processes.4
