Easy superfood bircher muesli

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 grated apple (leave skin on for extra fibre)
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped dried fruit (e.g. dried apricots, raisins, sultanas, figs, dates)
  • 1 cup milk (cow’s, soy, other- look for protein and calcium)
  • ¾ cup natural yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • Toasted coconut
  • 6 blueberries
  • 3-4 crushed macadamia nuts
  • Optional: 1 sachet Swisse Ultivite Men’s Multivitamin + Superfood Blend or Swisse Ultivite Women's Multivitamin + Superfood Blend

Method

  1. Combine oats, milk, yoghurt, grated apple, dried fruit, cinnamon and let sit overnight in the refrigerator.
  2. In the morning stir in the superfood blend powder, add the honey, and cinnamon and mix well.
  3. Top with a sprinkle of crushed macadamia nuts, toasted coconut and blueberries.
  4. Consume immediately after mixing the superfood blend powder.
