Michael Howard Named 2015 Marketing Executive of the Year

Last night, Swisse Wellness Director of Marketing and Sales Michael Howard, was awarded the prestigious title of “Marketing Executive of the Year” at the 2015 CEO Magazine’s Executive Awards.

Michael joined the Swisse Wellness team as Director of Sales, in January 2014. Soon after, he was promoted to the role of Director of Sales and Marketing, in addition to leading the Skincare and Functional Food departments. For Michael, no two days at Swisse Wellness are ever the same, one of the main reasons he loves working for one of Australia’s most loved and well-known brands.

“It is an absolute honour to be recognised in the prestigious and highly regarded CEO Magazine’s Executive Awards.

The last two years have been transformational for Swisse, with the company improving its profitability, and most importantly established foundations for strong and sustainable growth which is a credit to its passionate and hard working team and its leaders.

In September this year, Swisse Wellness completed a landmark transaction with Honk Kong Stock Exchange listed company Biostime- one of the leading premium infant formula, baby food and baby care producers in Asia.

In Biostime, Swisse recognised a business that shares many of the same core values that are fundamental to its success. Under Biostime’s majority ownership of Swisse, Swisse will have access to new capital and capability, enabling it to take advantage of multiple growth opportunities, both in Australia and internationally, and be successful in its mission to becoming the leading global wellness brand.
