It's mango and banana smoothie time

A smoothie is a great snack or quick meal when you’re hungry or in search of something refreshing. Here is a quick smoothie with a lovely ice cream type texture.


  • ¼ cup frozen or fresh (ice cold) mango pieces
  • 1 small fresh or frozen banana
  • 150ml cow’s milk or milk alternative
  • 150ml natural yoghurt
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • Optional: 1 sachet Swisse Ultivite Men’s Multivitamin + Superfood Blend or Swisse Ultivite Women's Multivitamin + Superfood Blend


  1. Add all ingredients into a blender or smoothie maker.
  2. Blend until combined and bubbly!
  3. Pour into a cold glass and enjoy.
  4. Consume immediately.
