Berry, cacao and banana smoothie time
A smoothie is a great snack or quick meal, particularly when we are looking for more energy and protein. Here is a berry, cacao and banana smoothie recipe with a lovely ice cream type texture. The cacao powder adds a decadent chocolate flavour.
- ¼ cup frozen or fresh (ice cold) berry pieces
- 1 small fresh or frozen banana
- 150ml cow’s milk or milk alternative
- 150ml natural yoghurt
- 2 tablespoons of raw cacao powder
- Optional: 1 sachet Swisse Ultivite Men’s Multivitamin + Superfood Blend or Swisse Ultivite Women's Multivitamin + Superfood Blend
- Add all ingredients into a blender or smoothie maker.
- Blend until combined and bubbly!
- Pour into a cold glass and enjoy.
