Brooke Blurton is a proud Noongar-Yamatji youth worker, author, podcaster, and mental health advocate. She made history in 2021 as the first Indigenous and bisexual lead on The Bachelorette Australia and previously appeared on The Bachelor and Bachelor in Paradise. Her work in youth development and lived experience fuels her passion for supporting First Nations and LGBTQI+ mental health across Australia.
As a member of our Swisse Sleep Squad, Brooke has shared her own sleep challenges in the “Sleep Confessions” series, helping empower others to build better bedtime habits and prioritise rest for holistic wellness.
