Take a chill pill. “My single best habit is rarely getting stressed out. RETHINK BEAUTY And your mates potentially. “Being body beautiful is being happy and confident within yourself. I feel my best when I surround myself with happy, positive, like minded and encouraging people.” Happy makes healthy. 6. LESS ROUTINE, MORE LIFE Daily routines have their pluses – you know what you’re getting, but whatever happened to surprises. “My morning routine changes daily but my ideal morning would be… Wake up, shower, healthy breakfast, gym, coffee and then work. If I don’t get time to work out in the morning I will do in the evening followed by dinner, emails if I have any, organise my schedule for the next day and have an early night.” Go on, mix it up. 8. OPTIMISE YOUR HEALTH The human body is a highly evolved biological machine. But sometimes machines even need some fine tuning.
