1. DON’T RELY ON NETFLIX TO CHILL

Stress really sucks. It’s a surefire way to zap your energy and make you swear Ben & Jerry are calling your name. Take a chill pill. “My single best habit is rarely getting stressed out. I have just started incorporating some meditation into my evening,” says Hogan. “I also really love the Swisse Ultiboost Relax & Sleep to help me get a good night’s rest.” Lights out on feeling the pressure.

2. MOVE YOUR BODY

Don’t have a full hour to spend on the treadmill? Don’t sweat it. “Whether it is a small walk or an intense workout, I move my body everyday. I always feel my best after I have done some exercise,” Hogan says. All hail endorphins.

3. SET DAILY HEALTH GOALS

Tiny goals can have a major payoff over time. “Mine is to drink a minimum 2L of water a day and try and eat things that nourish my body,” explains Hogan. Write them down, so you’re accountable. Track, analyse, succeed.

4. LIVE AN ORGANISED LIFE

Want a less hectic 24/7? Try all the “ings” – that’s outsourcing, automating or eliminating.  “I am happy inside and out when I am organised and on top of personal life/work commitments,” she says. Hear hear.

5. RETHINK BEAUTY

And your mates potentially. “Being body beautiful is being happy and confident within yourself. I feel my best when I surround myself with happy, positive, like minded and encouraging people.” Happy makes healthy.

6. GO ON A DETOX

Not carb dodging or soy snubbing, more a blue light power down. “It’s important for me to take time away from social media,” Hogan says. *Stops losing evenings to Insta stalking cousin’s brothers wifes account.

7. LESS ROUTINE, MORE LIFE

Daily routines have their pluses – you know what you’re getting, but whatever happened to surprises. “My morning routine changes daily but my ideal morning would be… Wake up, shower, healthy breakfast, gym, coffee and then work. If I don’t get time to work out in the morning I will do in the evening followed by dinner, emails if I have any, organise my schedule for the next day and have an early night.” Go on, mix it up.

8. OPTIMISE YOUR HEALTH

The human body is a highly evolved biological machine. But sometimes machines even need some fine tuning. Boost you good eating, sleeping and moving habits like Brooke. “I love my Swisse Women’s Power ultivite and Liver Detox to help with digestion and to help if I have any bloating,” she says.
