More than the latest superfoods, fitness crazes and meditation retreats held in exotic locations, wellness by definition is ‘a state of being in good health, especially as an actively pursued goal.’ As we launch the 2018 Swisse Wellness Survey, we asked our own team to share their thoughts on what wellness means to them. Responses were as unique and inspiring as the individual. “To me wellness is about finding balance across all areas of my life.” “Eating well, being active and enjoying some me time.” “Wellness is about doing those things that make me feel energised and happy.” “Looking after myself so I am better able to look after those that I love.” “Making small changes every day, so I can be healthier and happier and do the things I want to do.” What do Australians think about wellness?
