You have beautiful locks; how do you keep your hair looking so healthy and shiny?

My mum always told me that good hair starts from within. When I lived at home, my mum ALWAYS made sure I ate all my fruit and veggies. Although I’m not at home anymore, I still try to eat super clean. To support my hair health sometimes I do find that I need to take a supplement. Recently I’ve been taking Swisse Ultiboost Hair Nutrition for Women and I am liking these bad boys.

 

How do you protect your hair from the effects of flying, sun exposure and styling?

Again, the key to looking good on the outside is all about what you put into your body. A trick of mine is not to wash my hair every single day. At least once every two weeks I leave my hair unwashed for two to three days so the natural oils can go through my hair – I have been living by this hair detox since high school!

 

Hair products you love?

A great sea salt spray, volumising texture powder, hair spray, a curling wand plus I add Swisse Ultiboost Hair Skin Nails Liquid to support healthy hair from the inside.

Your favourite glamourous hairstyle and your go-to casual hairstyle? 

This’s funny because I have the same look for both. I love a ‘lived in’ natural beachy curl. The only difference from day to night is the day version probably has real salt water in it, whereas the evening version has something from a bottle!

 

The one hair disaster you would like to forget?

Hasn’t everyone had one of those?! In my late teens, I used to get my hair professionally straightened poker straight (this is not ideal for someone with naturally curling hair that has been bleached white blonde) … BIG MISTAKE!
