Brooke Hogan's secrets to inner and outer beauty

You might recognise her from her days on Australian Next Top Model, or maybe it's because your one of her lazy half million Insta followers, but Brooke Hogan needs no introduction.

The natural beauty knows how to look and feel good, in fact, it's her day job. She shares her top tips on doing beautiful from the inside out in our #Swissebodybeautiful series.

What's your natural beauty routine?

Cleansing and moisturising every morning and night no matter what. And an easy one - the more water I drink, the better my skin looks and feels.

How much sleep do you get a night?

I try to get a minimum of seven hours. I like my sleep!

How do you care for your hair?

Using quality products, heat protectants and regular visits to my salon for trims. I try and lay off the heat styling tools when I can. If I am not styling it with heat I pop in a bit of Kevin Murphy hair resort spray and let it dry naturally.

What's your biggest health challenge you have to work to keep on top of?

Minimising my chocolate intake! I can never say no to a Kit Kat!

Do you prefer exercising indoors or outdoors?

In summer I love training outdoors but I do also like training inside a gym especially when it's cold. If I am indoors there needs to have a lot of natural light to keep me motivated. I train at F45 and also my local gym doing a mixture of cardio and resistance type training.

What's your current workout jam?

A mix of Rihanna, Kanye West, Drake & any 90s throwback I can find. If you want a good throwback RnB playlist, type in 'Let Me Blow Ya Mind' on Spotify!

What beauty tip or advice changed your life?

I wouldn't say it is particularly 'beauty advice' but more so, life advice and it's that 'Comparison is the thief of joy'. Real beauty comes from within... not what dress size you are or how long your hair is.


What Swisse product do you love and why?
As my lifestyle is quite busy and I am always on the go, sometimes I find it hard to wind down and night time. I really love the relax and sleep to help me get a good nights rest.

How do you keep your skin selfie ready?

I am obsessed with bronzing. It will do wonders for your selfie, I promise.

What's your go-to smoothie recipe?

Spinach, coconut water, pineapple and banana. Yum!

What beauty tip have you picked up from the industry?

Finding the perfect base is everything. If your foundation suits your skin and is the right tone, it will change the way your whole makeup looks. I like light, dewy and illuminated skin. Giorgio Armani Illuminating Silk works for me.
