Swisse March 1, 2019 Share Keith Forbes joined the Brighton Icebergers when he was 18 years old, and he’s been starting his mornings with a dip in the ocean ever since. He is passionate about having a regular swim, all year round, in all conditions. For him, the 5:30am swims are extremely invigorating, and it sets him up for the rest of the day. Keith believes that if you look after yourself and do plenty of exercise, life becomes a whole lot easier. And while our 2018 Swisse Wellness Survey revealed that 55% of Australians believe that regular physical activity is important to achieve a healthy lifestyle; 49% of us are still not active enough.
