Wellness Hub July 2017 Looking good, feeling great with Brooke Hogan Victoria Hanlon (Admin) July 3, 2017 Share We’ve been having loads of fun with Aussie cover girl, Brooke Hogan, as she answers all your questions on our Instagram page about her style, life, love and anything else. See what she has to say here. One question we all want to know the answer to is, how does Brooke stay looking so good? While she’s lucky enough to naturally look fabulous, it seems that, for Brooke, the real key comes from having a positive attitude and approach to life. So, if you need a little bit of motivation to be your best now that winter’s here, then read on. What is your best wellness tip for keeping forever youthful? A healthy, well balanced, diet combined with regular exercise and regular holidays (hehe!). How do you keep fit, healthy and motivated in winter? I would recommend planning your workout with friends or in a group situation. If you have made plans with someone, then you are less likely to cancel if you’re feeling tired. It’s also good to mix it up. For example, I like to run outside but when it’s cold, it can be really hard getting the motivation to go outside, so I tend to use the treadmill instead. Just keep reminding yourself how good you will feel in summer if you start now. You will NEVER regret a workout! What’s your best tip for looking and feeling great in winter? My skin gets SO dry in winter. I always make sure I moisturise every time I get out of the shower. Also, here’s another important tip for winter - just because you’re not getting into a bikini doesn’t mean we should slack off on eating well. Being healthy and exercising not only does wonders for your outside but for your insides too. Finally, you’re a successful model who’s been in the industry for a long time. How do you deal with the pressures to look good? I’m 25 and I’ve been modelling since I was 16. To be honest, I find that the older I get, the more confident and happy I am with my body and myself, and I really think that shows in photographs. To really be your best, I think you need to feel your best, and it’s that positivity that people will notice about you. Check out our Instagram account to see Brooke answer your questions.
