Survival guide for the silly season

Laughing away, Aperol Spritz in hand, you realise that the last four hours have flown. Whoops! It’s well past your self-imposed curfew for a “school night”, you’ve accepted one too many top-ups and tomorrow is fast approaching along with that 9am presentation. How has this happened? Again? The 10th Christmas party in a row?!

Yep. The silly season is in town and you are certainly feeling it... oh, and it’s only the beginning of December.

Luckily for all of us, here are the easy as 1-2-3 (and let’s not forget 4-5-6) ways to get through the next few weeks and stay your happiest and healthiest!
