Why do I need it?
It’s a great addition to your healthy diet! Antioxidants help to reduce damage caused by free radicals in the body. Today’s lifestyle challenges (hello pollution, stress, poor dietary choices, smoking and drinking alcohol) can lead to an increase in free radical exposure, so it can be of great benefit if we ensure our diets are packed full of antioxidants.

Chlorophyll is also alkaline, which can support a detox program. A diet abundant in alkaline foods encourages healthy pH levels throughout the digestive and urinary tracts, helping to reduce acidity. Bonus: a lot of rich sources of chlorophyll like green leafy vegetables are also rich in fibre, which can help your body remove toxins.
