Adult dosage: 

Two capsules daily, during or immediately after a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional.

Warnings:

• WARNING: If you are pregnant, or considering become pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist. When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents, Vitamin A can cause birth defects. The recommended daily amount of Vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men.
• Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.

Storage:

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place. Do not use if cap seal is broken.

• Biotin 25 micrograms
• Vitamin A (retinol palmitate) 112.50 micrograms/RE
• Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 25 mg

• Copper (from cupric oxide) 375 micrograms
• Zinc (from zinc amino acid chelate) 7.5 mg
• Alpha Lipoic Acid 50 mg
• Astaxanthin Esters extracted from Haematococcus Pluvialis 20 mg containing: Astaxanthin (of Haematococcus pluvialis) 2 mg
• Cinnamon (Cinnamomum cassia extract 100 mg) equiv. dry stem bark 1.5 g
