Naturally derived vitamin D3 is included to assist with the absorption and delivery of calcium to the bone, while vitamin K2 has an important role in the process of bone mineralisation. Vitamin K2 activates osteocalcin, a protein in bone cells. Osteocalcin helps bone cells bind calcium to the bones assisting bone formation, strength and repair.
Increased Absorption
Formulated with bioavailable calcium citrate, naturally derived vitamin D3 and vitamin K2 for increased absorption. Vitamin K2 and D3 are better absorbed and retained in the body longer when compared to K1 and D2 (synthetic). Calcium citrate and vitamin D3 help optimise calcium absorption.
