What are amino acids?

Amino acids are organic compounds that combine to form proteins, which help perform many physiological functions, including muscle growth and repair. Amino acids are categorized into three groups; essential, non-essential and conditionally essential. Essential amino acids cannot be produced by the body and therefore must be obtained through the diet. The body requires a daily intake of amino acids as they are continuously broken down and then put back together to perform many different functions in the body.

What is L-Carnitine?

L-Carnitine is a compound produced by two essential amino acids, lysine and methionine. L-Carnitine assists with the transportation of fatty acids into the mitochondria for fat metabolism.

Can I take Pure Warrior L-Carnitine with my Pure Warrior protein?

 

Yes. We recommend taking Pure Warrior L-Carnitine just before or during training and your favourite Pure Warrior protein after training.

What is the best time to take Pure Warrior L-Carnitine?

We recommend taking Pure Warrior before your work out.
