Nutra+ Terms & Conditions

  1. In these terms and conditions, “we” “us”, “our” and “Swisse Nutra+” refers to Swisse Wellness Pty Ltd.
  2. The Swisse Nutra+ portal, together with and including all its contents, wherever from or however derived (Portal), is intended solely for qualified health professionals. Your membership to the Portal is valid for use so long as you are eligible to access it in accordance with section 4 of these terms and conditions.
  3. By signing up to and accessing the Portal, you acknowledge and agree:
    1. to these terms and conditions, Swisse’s website terms and conditions (available at https://swisse.com.au/terms-and-conditions) and any variation thereof;
    2. that you are eligible in accordance with section 4 of these terms and conditions;
    3. that you will not rely on any of the information contained within the Portal, but will treat such information as being only of a general informational nature;
    4. that the Portal is not a substitute for independent professional advice from a qualified health professional; and
    5. that you will comply with the:
      1. Therapeutic Goods Advertising Code;
      2. Therapeutic Goods Act and Regulations;
      3. CMA’s Marketing & Supply Code of Practice: Complementary Medicines;
      4. relevant Health Professional Guidelines issued by the Australian Department of Health; and
      5. any other relevant laws, regulations and industry guidelines.
  4. To be eligible to access the Portal, you must:
    1. be 18 years of age or older;
    2. be and declare that you are a qualified health professional (i.e. you must have a recognised tertiary qualification and be a current member of a recognised Australian association);
    3. complete the online registration process; and
    4. be approved by Swisse.
  5. Membership and benefits are for corporations, partnerships, trusts and other entities and their use.
  6. Members of the Portal are entitled to the following benefits:
    1. access to information, material, content and research in relation to ingredients and products from the Swisse Nutra+ product range; and
    2. special offers promoted from time to time.
  7. Swisse member benefits and offers:
    1. may be subject to additional terms and conditions stipulated on the Portal website in relation to a specific product/s;
    2. may not be redeemed in conjunction with other offers, unless stated otherwise; and
    3. are not available when purchasing Swisse Nutra+ products instore from a third party or on a third party’s website.
  8. Swisse may:
    1. amend the benefits and offers available;
    2. place restrictions or limits on the benefits and offers; or
    3. amend these terms and conditions,
  9. Information and associated interactions contained in this Portal and the Swisse Nutra+ products are not intended to be used to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or for therapeutic purposes. No person should act in reliance on any statement contained in the information provided, and at all times should remember that clinical decisions are the responsibility of the attending health professional and where any doubt exists regarding the appropriateness or not of any therapy, referral to a relevant specialist and/or the specific pharmaceutical manufacturer is recommended.
  10. Swisse does not warrant the quality, accuracy or completeness of any information, material or content referred to or included on the Portal or on any other website linked from or to the Portal. This information and these links have been provided solely for you to obtain further information and you are advised to make your own enquiries where necessary.
  11. Swisse shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by members resulting from any termination, suspension or change to the Portal or any information, material or content referred to or included on the Portal or on any other website linked from or to the Portal, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
  12. We will communicate with you by email to send you reminders concerning your membership. It is your responsibility to provide Swisse with your correct personal details, including any changes to them. Swisse accepts no responsibility for a member not receiving any Swisse communications if incorrect details are provided, or Swisse is not notified of any change. Swisse accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected correspondence arising from circumstances outside of Swisse’s control.
  13. Swisse reserves the right to terminate or suspend the Portal or your membership at any time without prior notice.
  14. Swisse as part of the H&H Group collects, uses, discloses and stores your personal information for the purpose of providing you with your membership, without which we couldn’t do so. Swisse may disclose your information to our related entities and third-party providers in order to assist us in providing you with your membership, which may include disclosure overseas. Swisse’s Privacy Policy, available at https://swisse.com.au/privacy-policy, contains more information on how we manage your personal information, including how you can access and correct your information or make a complaint.
  15. If you agree when registering, Swisse and the H&H Group will send you marketing material concerning special offers, product information and other information relating to Swisse and the H&H Group. You can opt out of receiving marketing material at any time.
