Meditate in the comfort of Gold Class

In a busy day, it’s important to take some time for yourself to be mindful and help stay on top of stress. That’s why we’re partnering with Village Cinemas Gold Class to help you to enjoy a lunch break like no other, through a series of lunchtime meditation sessions.

Why meditation?

Meditation can help to manage stress and create some ‘me time’. So, take 30 minutes out of your day and join us at Village Cinemas Crown and Jam Factory, as specially selected experts help guide you on a journey of mindfulness in Gold Class.

Take your break

Tickets are only $5 and if you're worried you won't have time to eat, we'll even include a healthy lunch that you can pre-order for $10, which will be waiting for you at the end of the session. 

As winter finishes, so does our meditation program. Last sessions are on 28th August. Look out for the program next winter. 


Each day of the week features a different style of meditation. Our team of experts has chosen their favourite meditations and recorded them for you to take your break to.

Jossy Jiminez
Mondays - Awareness of Breath meditation
Fridays - Body Scan meditation

Jossy Jiminez designs and implements mindfulness-based wellbeing programs for private and institutional clients around the world. These programs harness the transformative effects of mindfulness and other evidence-based wellbeing practices to develop qualities such as self-compassion, creativity, and vulnerability. Clients have included Fortune 500 corporations, nongovernmental organisations, health providers, universities and schools in the United States, Mexico and Australia. She is certified in Mindfulness Facilitation (TMF) and in Mindfulness Awareness Practices (MAPs), having completed the certification programs by UCLA’s Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behaviour, and teacher training through the Center for Mindful Self-Compassion, and the UC San Diego Center for Mindfulness.

Liv Downing
Tuesdays - Visualisation meditation
Thursdays - 'Tap into your inner resources' meditation

Liv is a Registered Psychologist, Coach and Meditation Teacher and works within her own business, Liv Mindfully, where she and her team deliver mindfulness-based workshops to schools and organisations. Liv became part of the team to design and deliver the corporate and Mind the Bump programs for the mindfulness App Smiling Mind. She was part of the team to set up Happy Melon Studio and works with Monash University, under the supervision of Dr Craig Hassed, to teach within the Medical Faculty. She is also a board member of Meditation Australia, the national peak body for meditation. Liv’s meditation teaching style is mindfulness based, and she balances her knowledge and experience as a psychologist with the passion and warmth of a fellow human with a drive to remind people how truly amazing we all are.

Emma Murray
Wednesdays - Rest and recharge meditation

Emma is a qualified psychotherapist, mindfulness coach, NLP master practitioner and clinical hypnotherapist, who brings 20 years experience working with elite athletes, students and corporate executives. As a former National level Netball player, AIS and VIS scholarship holder and accredited Victorian Netball League (VNL), Championship Grade Netball Coach – Emma brings to her work a personal understanding of the pressures and expectations experienced by elite athletes. Emma is currently the high performance mind coach for the Richmond Football Club as well as working with individual athletes in pursuit of Olympic success. Considered as a leading performance mindset coach she also delivers workshops to large corporate organisations, high level executives, VCE students and performers of the arts.
