Swisse passionately supports the PONTING FOUNDATION as an integral part of its ongoing contribution to the community.

Committed to improving the lives of all Australians for over 50 years, through a healthy & happy approach, Swisse supports the Ponting Foundation to help children with cancer & their families.

Whilst most children are lucky they dont have cancer, many face the challenge everyday so through significant ongoing contributions (in excess of $100,000) Swisse is extremely pleased to lend its help, support & encouragement towards making a difference to childrens lives.

The Ponting Foundation was established by Rianna and Ricky Ponting to raise money for children with cancer and their families and to fund vital research into childrens cancer.

The Ponting Foundation has one main objective:

To make a real difference in the fight against childhood cancer!

There are so many ways in which to help children with cancer and their families and the Foundation has chosen to actively support:

-Childrens cancer research

-Support services throughout treatment and beyond

-Development of adolescent cancer centres

Monies raised by the Ponting Foundation will benefit a myriad of children and their families. The more immediate beneficiaries of the Ponting Foundations fundraising and income generating activities will be the Childrens Cancer Institute Australia for Medical Research (CCIA) and redkite.

Children's Cancer Institute Australia

Independent medical research institute in Australia dedicated to research into the causes, prevention, better treatments and ultimately a cure for childhood cancer. Its mission is to be a leader in preventing cancer and finding ways of curing cancer in children through world class research, to ensure the best possible quality of life for these children and their families, to share the vision with others and to increase awareness, participation and funding. An Australian charity that supports children, young people and their families through their experiences with cancer by providing emotional guidance, financial assistance and educational services. Its vision is to ensure that every child and young person diagnosed with cancer in Australia is empowered to cope with the emotional, social and practical consequences.
